My system automatically tries to download the Korean language pack. Few months ago I had manually clicked the Читать статью language pack download option. It failed to download the pack. Now the option to type in Korean disappears. I wish I may be able to turn off the automatic Korean language pack download option. I keep clickng the 3 /19726.txt buttons Basic typing, Handwriting, Speech for Korean language pack.
Let's try to add the Korean keyboard somewhere else. Switch the input indicator downlooad the taskbar and observe if it will let you type Korean characters for eindows while. Once it is in the language list you can use it as and when you want to by moving it to the first in the list and then after put your usual language back to the top.
